Responsibilities
- Forecast market and technology trends through quantitative/qualitative analysis for 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruptive shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive trend reports and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Advolve senior leadership on existential risks and opportunities in next-generation markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic risk assessment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology) applications
