Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Experience designing and implementing strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
