Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps anticipating technological, regulatory, and social shifts through 2030
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Analyze emerging tech signals (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering) and commercialization pathways
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs distributed to 50+ global clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Mentor junior strategists and build a network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CSO)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or technology publications
