Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption paths
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and innovation pipeline effectiveness
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, or AI ethics landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker in technology forespace preferred
