Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive scenarios and opportunity landscapes
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies and investment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk modeling
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
