Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into R&D and product development
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Monitor and report on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Drive organizational adoption of strategic foresight practices and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
