Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in consulting, innovation strategy, or corporate foresight roles
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
