Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business landscapes in high-growth sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation roadmaps and strategic pivots
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and validate prototyping experiments for next-gen products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5+ year strategic horizons
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
