Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present compelling future outlooks to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' commercial viability and ethical implications
- Drive culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CFIP)
