- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into product development, M&A, and talent strategies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, TED-style talks, and industry council engagements
- Oversee a $50M innovation fund focused on 2026-relevant ventures
- Maintain proprietary foresight dashboard integrating real-time data from 200+ global signals
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related discipline (MIT, Oxford, or similar tier)
- 10+ years in C-suite strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ multi-billion dollar future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep technical literacy across AI, biotech, and climate science domains
- Exceptional executive communication with Fortune 500 boards and policymakers
