Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, bioeconomy) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build predictive algorithms using machine learning to forecast market disruptions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or scenario projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
