Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and synthesize actionable insights for strategic roadmaps
- Design and lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to prototype 2026+ solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Present future-state visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across Fortune 500 client portfolios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
