- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Foresight
- Expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Strong patent analysis and technology forecasting skills
