Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating human-centered prototypes using VR/AR and digital twin simulations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives through data-driven visualizations and scenario-planning models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging technology validation
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring industry pioneers and thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech or sustainability sectors
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and simulation software
