Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic strategies with business objectives
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformative initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in strategic foresight
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (top-tier journals)
