Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market signals
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging trends (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate futuristic concepts into product development frameworks and go-to-market strategies
- Advolve cross-functional teams in implementing innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to non-technical executives
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and developing strategic roadmaps
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF) or similar preferred
