- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototyping future-proof solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of delivering enterprise-level innovation programs
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
