Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to build 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead innovation workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Develop and pitch disruptive business models and growth pathways for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives from concept to market validation with $5M+ budgets
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of researchers, designers, and technologists
- Publish thought leadership reports and speak at global industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching successful ventures or transforming legacy businesses
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing convergence scenarios
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or Innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations generating $10M+ revenue impact
