Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, analyzing emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends
- Lead enterprise innovation initiatives, from ideation to MVP execution for AI-driven products
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurists, designers, and technical strategists
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) strongly preferred
