Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global megatrends through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for AI governance, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum AI and synthetic biology
- Present future insights to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation fellows in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on 2020s technology disruptions (white papers/books)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Futures Platform)
