Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap aligned with emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch next-generation products and services
- Analyze global market shifts, regulatory landscapes, and technological disruptions to identify growth opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry disruptors, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling narratives
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Champion a culture of future-focused thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
