Responsibilities

- Develop and lead strategic innovation initiatives that position the company as a market disruptor
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Create compelling scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership
- Drive cultural adoption of future-thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
