Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and future scenario roadmaps for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026+ markets
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurists, VCs, and academic partners
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and executive coaching
- Present future outlooks at global forums and publish industry-shaping white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents or launched products)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic innovation methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AGI, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or futurism publications
