As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm shifts, validate future scenarios, and develop roadmaps that position our organization for sustained leadership in an accelerating global landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and maintain scenario-planning frameworks for future business environments
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Author strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on long-term opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with proven impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Advanced degree in business, technology, futures studies, or related field
- Proficient in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience in high-growth tech or innovation-driven organizations
