- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision and investor expectations
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops for cross-functional teams to embed foresight capabilities
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for 2026 market entry and competitive positioning
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation through prototyping with measurable ROI tracking

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: generative AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning skills with executive communication mastery
