Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting industry landscape by 2026
- Develop and maintain a dynamic strategic innovation framework aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with market potential
- Author compelling future scenario narratives and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence to identify strategic opportunities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
