We're seeking a visionary Futurist & Strategic Innovation Lead to architect our 2026 roadmap and guide organizations through exponential change. As a key architect of our future ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to decode emerging trends, disrupt stagnant industries, and build resilient innovation pipelines. Your work will directly shape how businesses navigate the 2026 landscape—where AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology converge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Future Impact Reports analyzing technological, societal, and economic megatrends
- Design and facilitate strategic innovation workshops for executive teams on exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring organizational readiness for future disruptions
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight findings at international conferences and board meetings
- Mentor innovation teams in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF foresight, CET) strongly preferred
- Experience working with C-suite across diverse sectors (tech, healthcare, finance)
