Responsibilities

- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week

- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 2+ quantum technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with superconducting/ion trap systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and parallelization
- Strong track record of translating theoretical models into experimental prototypes
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government-funded projects
