Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops and sprints
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage a $5M innovation budget and resource allocation
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
