Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Quantify innovation ROI through scenario modeling and market impact analysis
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present strategic insights to the board of directors and influence organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level strategic briefings
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
