Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 2026+ strategic vision roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing products/services
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution
- Establish and govern an innovation ecosystem including startup collaborations and academic partnerships
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement organizational change frameworks to embed future-ready capabilities
- Quantify innovation ROI through KPI development and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with data-driven insights
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives
