Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and analyzing emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks to prepare the organization for future uncertainties
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and predictive analytics
- Manage innovation incubation programs from ideation to market validation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
