Responsibilities

- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and Board of Directors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Mentor senior leaders on future-proofing strategies and adaptive business models
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing organizational strategy
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on industry disruption or future trends
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (preferred)
