Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and rapid prototyping
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of strategic bets
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Lead organizational change management to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
