Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record in translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
