Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ product innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable and ethical technology development
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
