Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive foresight research on technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused initiatives into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and strategic alignment
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Strong data analysis and research methodology background
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies highly desirable
