Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting industries by 2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for clients adapting to AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct executive briefings translating complex futures into practical business implications
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for organizations preparing for 2026 workforce and market transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and operational systems
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work, ethics in automation, and sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
