Responsibilities

- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem of external experts, startups, and research partners
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
