Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to future market shifts
- Present foresight insights to executive teams and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership on emerging futures and their business implications
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published work on emerging technologies or long-term trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-readiness strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
