Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to inform strategic planning for 2026 and beyond
- Develop and present long-term scenario forecasts and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Establish and maintain a foresight intelligence framework using AI-driven analytics and human intuition
- Advise stakeholders on future-proofing strategies across product development, market expansion, and talent acquisition
- Curate and host executive foresight workshops to align leadership on future vision
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) on industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disrupting strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
