Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer futures research methodologies
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing actionable foresight frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
