Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state business models with C-suite executives
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans for market volatility and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 5-year vision
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to stay ahead of innovation curves
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members to secure future-facing investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
