Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Present executive-level briefings translating complex futures into actionable business imperatives
- Architect innovation pipelines for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Advise leadership on systemic risks and opportunity pathways
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
