Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Advise leadership on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through foresight work
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural trend analysis
