Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and executive teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate next-gen startup investments
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
