Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2027) and develop actionable strategic frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios and transition plans
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered trend analysis tools
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Develop organizational resilience strategies for disruptive market shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Delphi Method software)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
