Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight frameworks
- Design and execute scenario-planning models for high-impact market disruptions
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Advour client boards on emerging technology adoption strategies and ethical implications
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
