Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future opportunities
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological adoption and paradigm shifts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
