Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups, technologies, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation product concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight community within the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (preferred)
